"I had lodged a complaint with Bashundhara about a line issue. Later, an engineer visited and identified the problem with the line. The issue has now been resolved. Since my flat is quite large, the frequency was not reaching all areas properly. Based on their suggestion, I have updated the router. I'm now using the new router and providing feedback accordingly. Although it took them a day to respond, I still appreciate and thank the engineer for his support."
